within the ABC there are 2 venues :
ABC 1 : capacity 1250
ABC 2 : capacity 350
The ABC is a standing only / general admission venue but on occassions a promoter may hire seating for his/her event.
As a rule , if a wheelchair user or disabled badge holder is buying a ticket for an event they only need to buy one ticket which allows them and a carer into the venue.
We have street level access and lifts to all floors, and where needed we have a smaller lift to gain access to the ABC1 venue.
Within the ABC1 we have a permanent viewing platform for wheelchair users and this can accomodate approx 6 . This facility does not need to be requested in advance.
The ABC 2 venue has no viewing platform .
There is wheelchair access to all the bars in the ABC1 and ABC2.
The ABC has lowered bars in both the ABC 1 and ABC2.
There are disabled toilets in both ABC1 and ABC2.
There are no hearing loops available for performances.
Guide/assistance dogs are permitted.
We do not offer signed and audio described performances.
Season brochures - none.
There are no car parking facilities at the ABC.
